I purchased the Multiplaz in January 2016 for my professional window washing machine tool technology project. Most of the metal I am working with is aluminum, and I took it out of the box first day, and after having to run down the plug for the M220 system (the temp did not package the plug), I got started. I called Multiplaz and they took care of the plug issue. The machine is doing what I need and other than a late start due to the plug, I am working on my new invention!
